My Tucktec kayak is just plain awesome. It gives me the freedom to go kayaking in a moment’s notice! In addition, I can take it pretty much anywhere I like. It handles as well as my much more expensive traditional kayak. I was so impressed with it that I decided to buy a second one to enable me to take a friend anytime anywhere…

I got my tucktec Pro kayak the week of Thanksgiving and took it out on its first voyage last week. I’d put it together a few times in my house, so I was familiar with how to do it alongside the creek. It handled really well in the water. I struggled a bit to get out at the landing mainly because of slick mud everywhere but once out, it rolled up easily and I was on my way. It will take a few more outings for me to really get used to it and to figure out where to place my minimal fishing gear. But overall I really like it. The footrest is a challenge sometimes - it won’t stay in the holes - but maybe it’s user error. I’ll see if I still have trouble with it after I take the kayak out a few more times. Very pleased with this kayak!

I took it out yesterday for the first time and it was good! I had no issue with setting up or taking it down! I even went fishing in it and caught 20lb drum which took me for a ride!

Very well made, very sturdy and so much fun. Yes it is stiff at first when putting it together but all is very functional. Would recommend it to anyone wonting to get started in Kayaking and being so simple to fold and unfold and to store it in such a small area. The snap-on stabilizer bars work like a charm.

I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant when I saw the Tucktec Kayaks. I read MANY reviews and it was the reviews that led me to purchase one. I absolutely LOVE my kayak! Super easy set up, take down and can I just say, I LOVE that it is portable! This has opened SO many opportunity's for me to hit a lake or a pond with my camera on my way home from work. I LOVE my kayak so much, I bought my husband one so now when we are camping we both can paddle into the sunset!

I love this thing. So gosh darn much. I have so many people asking about it when I get it out. I’ve even heard the comments from people that are talking to other people when they see it. My only recommendation is to fold it together and roll it back up a couple times before you go out. It was a little anxiety driven when I was doing it the first time since I had an audience during the fold up and the roll up after I was done kayaking lmao. That was rough and awkward. But it’s so light in the water and I actually feel safer on this thing rather than a regular kayak. I don’t tip much and I’m able to move around. Bring a towel when you go!! You can put it over the seat and on the top if you drape your legs over. I want to get one for my mom but hopefully they would give me bigger discount for the second one!!

Great kayak for those with small vehicles. Portability was great. Assembly is great taking all of two minutes. Would purchase again.

Greg is nothing less than amazing. The whole company in my opinion is amazing, he responded fast and efficient, and very professional. I love it, and you can trust them to help you out and work with you which is so rare these days.

We’ve tried them about 5 times and they work pretty decently, we are up in Maine and it’s definitely a lot nicer being able to carry them in my car. My girlfriend is just learning how to put them together, but I’m getting pretty quick with setting them up

Setup is very intuitive, watched the video once. I've never been kayaking before and this thing is stable enough that I could manage. Beached it a few times, not a scratch. Great fun to just get on the water for an hour when you feel like it, highly recommend.
No idea on the long term durability yet, but no reason to doubt either.

I had been wanting a kayak for years but didn't have the room or vehicle to transport one. I recently stumbled onto Tucktec kayaks and I bought one almost immediately. I recently took my kayak out on our first outing. I absolutely love it. My only regret is that I didn't find out about these kayaks years ago!

This thing is awesome I can take it anywhere not just that in any car as well. I keep this in my Toyota Corolla along with my fishing stuff so I can go at anytime really easy and be setup on the water in less than 10 minutes from unloading it from my car. Really stable for what it is! I am wanting to get 1 to 2 more if they could give me the same deal on this on. I highly recommend it especially if you only have a car as it will fit easily in a trunk or backseat. Folds out to be big enough to hold a lot especially if you pack it right

Once you get the setup steps down, very easy to get out on the water! Paddles like a dream. Glides well without having to constantly paddle. Made in the same town where I went to college years ago! A great product!
